You give consent by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. The box is never checked for you, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of applying for or receiving a loan.

Messages may include loan application status updates, document requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and information about our loan products and services.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

Phone call consent

Our contact form includes a separate, optional checkbox for phone call consent. Checking it means you agree that Belem Servicing LLC dba Patriot Home Mortgage may call you at the phone number provided regarding your mortgage inquiry, including calls placed using automated dialing technology and an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may ask to be placed on our do-not-call list at any time.

How we handle your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and will not be shared with any third parties.
