NMLS #715386 Get pre-approved

How it works

Five steps. You always know which one you're on.

Every stage sends a text and an email, so nobody has to call in and ask what's happening. Here is the whole path, from the first four questions to the keys.

Step 1 of 5
Step 1

A range you can trust, before any credit pull

Four questions. You get an honest range and the name of the officer licensed in your state. The exact number comes after we verify income and pull credit — anyone giving you a precise figure before that is guessing.

Step 2

A licensed officer in your state, same day

Not a call center and not a lead broker. You get a name, an NMLS number and a direct line — the same person from the first call to the closing table.

Step 3

Your rate lock and the appraisal

We lock your rate rather than leaving it floating while you wait. Most purchases then need an appraisal; some conventional loans qualify for a waiver, which the automated underwriting system decides. Either way, you get a copy.

Step 4

One document list, and a person watching the file

We ask for what we need up front instead of in drips. When underwriting adds a condition — and on most files it will — you hear about it the day it happens, not the week before closing.

Step 5

Your numbers three days before you sign

Federal rules require your Closing Disclosure three business days before signing. If anything moved from your original estimate, you hear why before that document arrives, rather than at the table.

Start with step one.

Four questions, an honest range, and the name of the loan officer licensed in your state. No credit pull until you say so.
