Patriot Home Mortgage is the trade name of Belem Servicing LLC, NMLS #715386, headquartered in St. George, Utah. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Belem Servicing LLC d/b/a Patriot Home Mortgage. This policy covers patriothomemortgage.com and the calls, texts, and emails connected to it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a time, call, text, or talk with Jesse, we collect what you share, such as:

Loan applications

If you apply for a mortgage, the information you provide during the application is also covered by our consumer Privacy Notice, which we provide as required by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. That notice explains how we handle your nonpublic personal information and your right to limit certain sharing. If anything in that notice differs from this policy, the Privacy Notice controls for your loan file.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or loan.

Cookies and analytics

A loan officer will give you a secure way to share documents.

Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
