About Lluvia
Lluvia began her career in the mortgage industry in 2021, starting at the front desk and learning the business from the ground up. As she gained experience, she discovered how much she enjoyed working directly with people and helping guide them through the loan process. That experience inspired her to grow into a role where she could personally help clients navigate the mortgage process and purchase a home of their own.
Lluvia especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, helping people who may not think homeownership is possible for them, and serving the Hispanic community. Clients often mention that she is easy to talk to and takes the time to explain things clearly. A first conversation with Lluvia is relaxed, friendly, and maybe a little quirky.
The closing she is proudest of: a first-time homebuyer who did not think he would qualify.
