What to expect when you get text messages from Patriot Home Mortgage, and how to stop them at any time.

About our text messages
Belem Servicing LLC d/b/a Patriot Home Mortgage (NMLS #715386) sends text messages to people who ask to receive them. Depending on what you sign up for, messages may include:
- Replies to questions you send us
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Updates on the status of your loan, once you apply
- Information about mortgage options, if you opted in to receive it
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on one of our forms, by agreeing verbally with a member of our team or with Jesse, our voice assistant, or by texting us first. See our SMS consent page for the consent language.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or loan.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your activity and where you are in the loan process. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
To start receiving messages again, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or call us at (435) 256-8813.
Carriers
Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your information with service providers who help us deliver messages, only for that purpose.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to sign up.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
