He manages and trains more than 30+ loan officers, with a team of processors, and a full support staff to back his team. He is well-experienced in taking loan applications, consulting borrowers regarding loan terms, function of the market, and establishing relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other professionals. Russ Brown has found that being honest, hard-working, and proactive is what makes a loan process go smooth and successfully. His Accounting degree from BYU has helped him in determining the best-choice scenarios for each of his clients based on their needs and situations.
