James was raised in Southern Utah and studied at Dixie State University for his associate degree, where he met his best friend and wife. They decided to further their education at Utah State University, where James received his B.S. in Finance and a minor is Real Estate Investment. Later he received his M.B.A through Western Governors University, fulfilling a lifelong goal. Throughout that time at USU, James found his passion for real estate, leading him to employment in the banking sector for the past 4yrs. Specializing in construction lending. The ability to take an individual's home dreams and make them a reality continues to drive James’ career path, which is what led him to join the team at Patriot.
